Why I Chose Echo Fine Properties for My Treasure Coast Real Estate Business

Donna Jarock, Treasure Coast Realtor, shares why she chose Echo Fine Properties after 30 years in real estate.

After 30 years in real estate, I wasn’t simply looking for a brokerage when I moved to Florida. As a Treasure Coast Realtor, I was looking for the right brokerage.

I’ve been fortunate to build a long career helping buyers and sellers, and that experience has taught me a lot about what actually matters in a real estate company.

When I began looking for a brokerage to call home on Florida’s Treasure Coast, I knew I wanted something different.

I wanted the resources of a strong, established company, but I also wanted a brokerage where people worked together as a team. I wanted exceptional marketing, strong technology, local expertise and professionals behind the scenes who were specialists at what they do.

Most importantly, I wanted a company whose resources would allow me to spend my time doing what I do best:

Being a Realtor.

That’s what led me to Echo Fine Properties.

After 30 Years, I Know I Don’t Need to Do Everything Myself

Real estate has changed tremendously during my career.

Today, being a Realtor can mean trying to be a photographer, videographer, social media manager, graphic designer, internet marketer, technology expert, transaction coordinator—and somewhere in between all of that, actually helping people buy and sell real estate.

I’ve learned something important over the years:

Doing everything yourself doesn’t necessarily mean doing everything better.

I wanted to surround myself with talented people who specialize in those areas so that I could concentrate on my clients, the market, negotiating, problem-solving and getting transactions successfully to the closing table.

That’s one of the things that immediately impressed me about Echo.

An In-House Team Instead of a Collection of Outside Vendors

Echo has built much of its real estate operation around an in-house team of specialists.

Professional photography and videography. Drone photography. Marketing and design. Social media. Client concierge services. Technology. Closing coordination. And professionals dedicated to helping market both the company’s agents and their properties.

Instead of assembling different outside vendors for every transaction, these resources work together within the same organization.

For me, that’s a big deal.

It creates a more streamlined process, but more importantly, it means specialists are handling the areas they know best while I remain focused on my clients.

The Client Concierge Team Really Caught My Attention

Another part of Echo’s model that stood out to me was its in-house Client Concierge team.

Echo receives buyer inquiries through its website, digital marketing and other online sources, and there are actual people behind the scenes responding to and following up with those consumers.

That matters to me because technology can generate an inquiry—but technology alone doesn’t build a relationship.

Real estate is still a people business.

Having a team helping make sure opportunities don’t simply disappear into an inbox is exactly the type of infrastructure I wanted behind my business.

The Marketing Is Done as a Team

Marketing was another major factor in my decision.

Great real estate marketing requires much more today than simply putting a property into the MLS.

Photography, video, social media, digital advertising, print materials, email marketing and online exposure all play a role.

Echo has professionals dedicated to those individual areas working together under one roof.

That means I’m not spending my time trying to become a professional photographer or video editor.

I’m spending it talking with clients, studying properties and communities, negotiating, following up and doing the work I was hired to do.

And ultimately, that’s better for my clients.

Growth Got My Attention — The Infrastructure Behind It Impressed Me

Echo’s growth throughout South Florida certainly caught my attention when I was researching brokerages.

But growth alone wasn’t enough to make my decision.

What interested me was how the company was built to support that growth.

This video gives a great look behind the scenes at Echo Fine Properties and the people and resources supporting its agents and clients:

Seeing the infrastructure, marketing capabilities and team approach reinforced what I was looking for in the next chapter of my real estate career.

Bringing 30 Years of Experience to the Treasure Coast

Moving to Florida didn’t mean starting my real estate career over.

I brought 30 years of experience with me—and I’m excited to put that experience to work for buyers and sellers here on the Treasure Coast. As a Treasure Coast Realtor, I wanted the strength of an established brokerage combined with the personal service and experience my clients expect from me.

I’ve experienced different markets. I’ve negotiated through difficult transactions. I’ve worked with first-time buyers, longtime homeowners, relocations and sellers navigating major life changes.

That experience doesn’t disappear because I changed states.

What I wanted was a brokerage that could add another layer of resources to what I already bring to the table.

And that’s ultimately why I chose Echo Fine Properties.

My clients still have me as their Realtor—but now I have an entire team behind me.

For this chapter of my career on Florida’s Treasure Coast, that’s exactly where I wanted to be.
