If you’re thinking about selling your Treasure Coast home, there’s a lot more to a successful sale than putting a sign in the yard, taking a few photos and waiting for a buyer to appear. The way your home is priced, presented, marketed and negotiated can make a real difference in both your selling experience and your final result.
After 30 years as a full-time Realtor, I’ve learned that successful home sales usually come down to two things: experience and having the right team behind you.
Today, I’m fortunate to offer my clients both.
Experience Matters When Selling Your Home
Every home and every seller is different. Before we ever talk about putting your home on the market, I want to understand your goals, your timing and what matters most to you.
From there, we develop a strategy.
That includes analyzing comparable sales and current competition, determining the right pricing strategy, discussing preparation and staging, and deciding how your home should be positioned in the market.
Market conditions change. Buyers change. Negotiations change. After three decades in real estate, I’ve worked through just about every kind of market — and that experience becomes especially valuable when something unexpected happens during a transaction.
You Hire Me — But You Don’t Just Get Me
Donna Jarock preparing to sell your Treasure Coast home
When you list your Treasure Coast home with me, I remain your Realtor.
I handle the strategy, pricing, communication and negotiations, and I’m the person you call when you have a question or need advice.
But behind me is an entire team at Echo Fine Properties helping me market and manage your sale.
That means instead of one Realtor trying to be the photographer, videographer, graphic designer, internet marketer, buyer follow-up specialist and closing coordinator, I have professionals supporting me in those areas while I concentrate on representing you.

Professional Marketing Starts With How Your Home Looks
Buyers often see your home online before they ever see it in person, which makes that first impression incredibly important.
Depending on the property, our in-house marketing resources can include:
- Professional interior and exterior photography
- Drone aerial photography
- Night photography
- Professional photo editing
- Video tours and photojournalism
- Professionally designed print and digital marketing materials
Your home can also receive exposure through the MLS, major real estate websites, EchoFineProperties.com, social media, email marketing and other digital channels.
The goal isn’t simply to put your home online. It’s to present it in a way that makes buyers want to see more.
Finding Buyers Instead of Simply Waiting for Them
This is one of the things I particularly like about the team approach.
Echo’s client concierge team receives 40+ buyer inquiries daily, creating another opportunity to connect active buyers with homes that may fit what they’re looking for.
We also have buyer-matching technology, email marketing, direct community marketing, outreach to other real estate professionals and follow-up systems designed to keep properties in front of potential buyers.
There is an important difference between listing a home and actively marketing a home.
I believe sellers deserve the latter.
Communication Doesn’t Stop Once You’re Listed
Getting your home on the market is only the beginning.
Once buyers start coming through, I want to know what they are saying. Showing feedback, buyer reactions, activity on competing properties and changes in the local market can all help us determine whether our strategy is working or whether we need to adjust.
And when an offer arrives, that’s when experience becomes even more important.
Price matters, of course, but so do financing, contingencies, inspection terms, appraisal issues, closing dates and dozens of other details that can affect whether an offer actually makes it to the closing table.
My job isn’t simply to bring you an offer. It’s to help you understand the entire offer and negotiate the terms that make sense for you.
From “For Sale” to “Sold”
Once you’re under contract, there are still plenty of moving parts.
With in-house closing coordination and additional resources available throughout the transaction, there is a team helping keep track of the details from contract through appraisal, inspections and closing.
But throughout that process, I’m still your Realtor.
That’s the combination I want my sellers to have: personal representation from an experienced agent, backed by a company with the people, technology and marketing resources to support the sale.
Thinking About Selling Your Treasure Coast Home?
Whether you’re in Port St. Lucie, Stuart, Jensen Beach, Palm City, Fort Pierce, Hobe Sound or another Treasure Coast community, you don’t have to be ready to put a sign in the yard tomorrow to start the conversation.
Sometimes the best time to start planning for selling your Treasure Coast home is before you’re actually ready to put it on the market.
We can discuss what your home may be worth, what’s currently selling in your area, what — if anything — you should do before listing, and what today’s market could mean for your plans.
After 30 years in real estate, I still believe the formula is pretty simple:
Experience + the Right Realtor = Great Results.
